Refund policy

Returns

Zoee Crystals is not required to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind.  
However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, therefore if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss available options.

Please keep in mind that crystals are natural minerals, each incredible piece is unique in pattern and crystalline composure, no two crystals will be the exact same.  Please expect to find inclusions and beautiful / natural markings within the crystal itself.

If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

Sale Items

Please note sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed to have a major fault.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please send an email to help@zoeecrystals.com.au to notify us before you return your item.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Zoee Crystals will process the return and will either provide a replacement item (if available) or process a credit or refund, excluding any shipping costs incurred.

Returns will be finalised within 7-10 days.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
